What is Visa? What is temporary residence?

1. Original passport;

2. Temporary residence card in use (if foreign worker has been granted a temporary residence card);

3. Notarized copies of documents proving the relationship under temporary residence status;

4. Declaration of temporary residence registration;

5. Two ID photos (2x3cm, in color, white background, straight face, bareheaded, no colored glasses).

Notarized copy of ID Card/ Citizen Identity Card of the Vietnamese sponsoring the foreigner;

Within 5 working days from the date of receiving the dossiers, the competent agencies will issue temporary residence cards to foreigners if the dossiers are valid.
